Currently, we respond 24/7-365 out of three fire stations strategically located throughout our city. The reason for their placement is to help us efficiently respond and protect our community of approximately 24,000 residents, as well as the North Platte Rural Fire Protection District and the residents of Lincoln County; which has approximately 35,280 residents and covers a total of 2,575 square miles.
