The Engineering Department establishes and oversees the overall plan for water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm water collection systems.  Petitions for water, sewer, and paving can be acquired from the City Engineering Department.

When petitioned by the Public, the City Engineering Department processes water and sewer districts and presents the request to City Council.  Upon approval of Districts, the City designs, bids and observes construction for the City.
