We are local residents serving local residents.   From small to large, our Customer Service Representatives are always happy to answer our customers’ questions regarding Electric, Water, Sewer and Garbage services.

 

Our team of Customer Service Representatives strive to create an experience the businesses and residents of the City of North Platte can enjoy and appreciate.  We understand that utilities impact our customers’ lives every day, and we take pride in being an integral part in the daily function of our community.

Business Office and Drive-Thru Window:

 

Open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Closed Saturday & Sunday, and all major holidays

 

Drop Boxes are available near our front door and at our drive-thru 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
