Our team of Customer Service Representatives at Municipal Light and Water strive to create an experience the businesses and residents of the City of North Platte can enjoy and appreciate.  We understand that utilities impact our customers’ lives every day, and we take pride in being an integral part in the daily function of our community.

 

Being a wholesale customer of Nebraska Public Power District we are excited to offer reliable, low cost electricity to our business and residential customers. We also take pride in offering low cost, fresh, clean, award winning drinking water and a wastewater treatment facility that is one of the best in its class. Collection of residential solid waste is also available to our customers.  

 

Serving our community is an important responsibility that we all enjoy.  We strive to enhance the quality of life for the North Platte area through the utility services we provide, now and for future generations.

Open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Closed Saturday & Sunday

 

Drop Boxes are available near our front door and at our drive-thru 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
