Adult:
Anyone 18 years and older who resides inside Lincoln County.
Child:
Anyone who has completed Kindergarten but is under 13 years and resides in Lincoln County.
Youth:
Anyone age 13 years and under 18 years and resides in Lincoln County.
Institutions:
Any institution that has requested a library account as an institution and agrees in written form to be responsible for all charges on the account.
Internet Only:
Usually for temporary visitors only wanting Internet access. Does not allow any materials to checkout.
Temporary:
Requires a $10.00 fee at registration and is usually reserved for new customers that cannot prove residency.
Non-Resident:
Anyone wanting a full privilege library account but who does not reside inside Lincoln County. There is a $35.00 annual fee for this account type.
NebrasKard:
Anyone outside Lincoln County who has requested and signed a NebrasKard Reciprocal Borrower Agreement at another participating library.

Sewer Rates Effective October 1, 2011
THE BASIC SEwER CHARGE FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL WILL BE THE CUSTOMER
SERVICE CHARGE PLUS $2.32 PER 1,000 GALLONS OF WATER USED.
THIS CHARGE WILL BE BASED ON THE JANUARY, FEBRUARY, AND MARCH WATER CONSUMPTION.
ADD THE THREE MONTHS TOGETHER AND DIVIDE BY 3 x $2.32.
This will be in effect for the entire year. If someone moves out and another
person moves in, the charge will be the same as the previous occupant UNTIL THE
NEXT REVIEW TIME. Multi-units must pay the the 5/8" Customer Charge ($6.70) for each
unit plus usage charges.
Commercial sewer may be based on actual water used each month, billed at $2.32 per 1000
gallons of water used, plus the appropriate Customer Charge, plus any surcharge that may
apply
Residential non-water meter sewer charge (Private Wells) $18.30 per month. (Based on 5/8"
Customer Charge without meter assume 5 units usage.)
Commercial non-water meter sewer charge (Private Wells) is a flat rate
established by the Wastewater Department Supervisor, but not less than $29.90
per month. (Based on 5/8" Customer Charge without meter assume 10 units usage.)
Non water meter (Private Well) customers may purchase an installed water meter from the
City to measure water consumption in January, February and March for billing under the
Metered Residential and Commercial Rate.

pads in compliance with the City of North Platte Electric Department
