Mobile Device Support for eResources

Examples of eResources include: e-books, e-audiobooks, mp3 music, and subject based research databases like legal information, automotive repair, health information or home improvement.

Instead of group computer classes at the North Platte Public Library in March, library staff will be available on Monday evenings, March 6, 13th and 27th from 6 to 8 PM to assist people individually with using their mobile devices or  with short computer questions.  For example, people can get assistance using the library’s eResources including apps to borrow eBooks or audiobooks, or get assistance with working with email attachments or  Microsoft Office.  People can schedule 30-minute appointments  by calling 535-8036, Ext. 3320.  These short help sessions are free.
